Appointment booking

Feel free to book an appointment with us whenever you want. 

Appointment reschedule 

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do it within 2/3 days before your appointment day. To do that, please log in into your account than click on Bookings. Bellow Date & Time where your appointment is, you will see Reschedule. After you reschedule your appointment, you will receive an confirmation email. Appointment cancellation

If you change your mind, and you wish to cancel your appointment, no problem. Please contact us within 24 hours or 2/3 days before your appointment day to cancel your appointment. 

Appointment day

In the appointment day, one of our team member will come to your house to discuss with you about the work that s need to be done, to make measurements and then to give you a quote. We don't charge customers when we giving quote, that's the reason why we offer free quote.  

Notice that: Only the quote is free! 

Payment

The payment will be after the job has done. We accept cash payment or bank transfer.

Privacy

Don’t worry, your personal information is safe with us! It will only be used by us to ensure that we go to the right client and the right home address. Emails and phone numbers will be used to contact and stay in touch with our clients. None of your personal information will be displayed on other websites or social media! If you wish to delete your account for any reason, feel free to do so at any time or contact us via email.
